Unless you know how to practice any coding and then y'all won't be able to turn it into a webpage very hands. The easiest and most efficient style to do it is to use a service that will have your psd design and code it into valid xhtml, ie: a working website.

For a professional website you need practice coding with your PSD. Without coding you will never get a full functional professional website.
