All of our high quality neon light signs are custom designed by us and can be altered to your preferred specifications, size and colours. We can make any neon sign light you want, in most fonts and a wide selection of colours.
Australian Adaptor Included
Your new LED neon comes with a 1.5m transparent cord that plugs into a UL certified AC adaptor (if you need an adaptor for another country, ask when checking out). The adaptor has an additional 90cm-1.8m of cable that plugs into the socket.

We are happy to offer a free design service to our customers, providing one or more designs for your approval, at no extra charge. If you have a change of mind and wish to amend or cancel your order before the sign goes into production we will happily offer a partial or full refund. Once a custom sign order is approved and has gone into production we are no longer able to offer a refund. Please note that a custom sign is automatically approved if "NO" design proof is selected when ordering.

We offer a whopping 18 colours for our custom made neon signs. 8 of the colours are white when the sign is turned off, while the remaining 8 have a cover that goes over the LED neon tube so your sign will show its colour even when it's turned off (just not as bright).
Our LED flex is available in 13mm or 10mm thickness. The minimum letter height is approximately 7-10cm for basic block fonts and 10-13cm for cursive fonts.
If you order a custom neon sign larger than 150-200cm we may need to split the sign into two custom text signs. For example, our 'All You Need Is Love' sign is split into two lines of text. Doing this allows us to stay competitive and offer you the most affordable neon sign possible.
If you would prefer not to have your text sign split into two, please let us know at checkout so we can confirm this is possible before we create your bespoke neon sign.
Custom Neon® signs are mounted on a clear, acrylic backboard. We offer two standard backing options at no extra cost:
- For script/cursive fonts - we recommend the cut around / contoured acrylic backing.
- For simple/block fonts - we recommend the rectangle acrylic backing.
We also We also offer cut-to-the-letter acrylic backboards, clear acrylic stands and boxes. If you would like a coloured backboard please contact us for a quote.
